Win Way reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that are unable to verify their eligibility will be suspended and balances may be withheld until the verification process is complete.
Win Way enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy with no exceptions. This means each individual, residential address, mobile number, email address, IP address, identification number, and payment method may only be associated with one Win Way account at any given time.
Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using aliases, false information, or different IP addresses via VPN — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Win Way reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
Members must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information upon registration and must update that information whenever changes occur. Win Way is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by a member.
You are fully responsible for keeping your Win Way account login credentials confidential. You must notify Win Way immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Win Way will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Win Way only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). All accepted payment methods are Malaysian local methods only.

All deposits must come from an account held in the registered member's name. Win Way does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party will be returned less processing fees.
Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Win Way processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 working hours for standard accounts. Win Way VIP members enjoy instant withdrawals in under 30 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification of up to 24 working hours.
Win Way reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if there are any indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the Terms. In such cases, Win Way may freeze the account and notify the relevant authorities where necessary.
Win Way offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and promotions tied to local Malaysian sports. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed alongside each offer.
Every Win Way bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must wager the total of your deposit plus the bonus amount a specified number of times.
Win Way bonuses may only be claimed once per member, household, address, and payment method unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts is a breach of the Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
Win Way reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall apply in respect of the relevant matter.
Win Way's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, BWF Tour badminton, Mobile Legends esports, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, and more. All bets are subject to the following rules:
Win Way offers a Cash Out feature for selected matches and markets, allowing members to settle their bets before a match concludes. The Cash Out value offered by Win Way is final and is calculated based on the odds at the time the Cash Out is executed.
Win Way's live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and a variety of table games — are provided by licensed software providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or licensed live dealers.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Win Way platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Win Way reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual found to have committed fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity in connection with the Win Way platform. All evidence will be submitted to the relevant authorities as required.
Members may close their Win Way account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@winway.run. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned once the review process is complete.
